Yard work fun!

We've had my parents truck and trailer for the last couple of weeks. Brian has been busy trimming trees. He took over 500 pounds of tree trimmings to the green waste dump!

Next up, we demolished the brick planter that impeded the assess to the backyard. It's gone!!! There's still a lot of dirt and rocks to move. But the planter is gone!



Now, we have a clear driveway for possible future RV access. Even though we don't have an trailer or RV right now....ya never know what the future holds. Plus we thought it would be a good seller feature should we ever want to sell down the road.

Speaking of selling, we are so excited to watch home values go up and up. We are cheering on for the market to keep going upward! There's currently several houses in our neighborhood on the market I the $450,000 range. Our neighbors house sold in 2 days at $440,000...with multiple offers! Yeah!
