Walnut Festival's Special Needs Night

We headed to the Walnut Festival's Special Needs Night after dinner. It was by invite only for special needs kiddos and their families. We were greeted at the gate with a t-shirt and a stuffed animal...Sara loved the blue duck and wouldn't take it out of her mouth! We were surprised to learn that dinner was also provided...all free of charge.

So fun to watch Sara have fun on the rides. She picked out what she wanted to go on. She wanted to go on the horsey twice ( merry-go-round). We even ran into a couple families from her school.
















Brian and I enjoyed watching Sara and the other families. Once again, we were humbled by just how many families are walking similar roads....who get it...and so happy to see their littles experiencing fun at the festival.
