Family Pictures

We had our Family Pictures taken over Memorial Day Weekend.  During Autism Awareness Month in April, I randomly entered a drawing for a photo shoot from a local photographer who specialized in work with Special Needs kiddos.  We won!  It turns out her son is on the spectrum and attends the same social group that Sara does.  Small world.....

We decided on doing the shoot at Paso Nogal park which is right by our house.  I love it for the oak trees, grassy hills and wonderful vistas of Mt. Diablo. Karen was wonderful to work with and it was so nice to be able to chat about Sara with someone who understands the ins and outs of ASD.
