A new school year!

Sara's first day of school was today. We talked it up a ton, but drop off was still rough for her. She has the same teacher and classroom. But, several new aids and classmates. She cried so hard at drop off and, of course, mommy cried all the way home.













I know this is temporary and each day will get easier. She typically loves. school. Her school and teachers/therapists provide structure, security, warmth, encouragement, and a lot of love. They push her to grow and try new things. I'm so thankful that she is typically happy and excited to go. She has grown and developed so much in the past year. I'm excited to see what this year holds for her.
